We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday in the order in which they are received. We strive to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible.
Payment Options
When you use a Credit Card for your purchase your item will ship within 1-2 days without any payment processing delay. All credit card transactions are final and can only be reversed once Crazy Cute Bowtique has issued a return reference number (RRN) in accordance with our Return Policy.
You do not need a PayPal account to check out with PayPal. It will give you the option to use your PayPal account or not while you are checking out.
Order Status
Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking.
Condition Of Use
We advise our customers to never leave a young child unsupervised while using our products including hair accessories and necklaces. Our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. All Crazy Cute Bowtique products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Crazy Cute Bowtique accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.
Shipping
Most items are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made. Items are shipped from our Kansas City, Missouri warehouse. USPS Priority Mail takes between 2-3 business days for delivery. Orders ship out 1-2 business days after your order is placed. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us. If your need RUSH ORDER please choose that request and add that to your cart. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship international.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday. Invoices are processed in the order in which they are received. We ship daily and make every attempt to get you your merchandise as soon as possible.
Clearance Items
All items purchased "On Clearance" are not eligible for returns and are considered Final Sales.
